Their title is pretty much straightforward and speaks the entirety of what they love to do — they love to eat!  Their tagline says, “A guide to restaurants in Bacolod City”, but their blog is more of a food review because while most of their write-ups talk about their food experience, they also share some places to go to as well as their adventures and misadventures in Bacolod City and around Negros Occidental.  They do not necessarily promote any business or establishment as they made it clear in their blog that they do their review in secret and they personally pay for what they eat.   They most probably just want to share about the food they get to enjoy and their thoughts about it for the benefit of those who are planning to visit the city and are looking for options of local delicacies and food to try.
